Mora is a cycle-tracking app built around care, not just data. Beyond logging when your period starts and ends, it pays attention to the everyday details that matter — medications, ring replacements, intimate hygiene routines. Where most tools center their experience on charts and fertility predictions, Mora is designed to feel more like a quiet daily journal than a medical chart.
01
About Mora
Absolutely. Mora was never designed with conception as its primary purpose. Whether you're tracking cycle changes, managing contraception, or simply wanting to understand how your body feels week to week — that's exactly what Mora is here to support.
02
Free Trial
You get a full 90-day free trial the moment you install the app — no credit card required, no sign-up, no hidden steps. Every feature is available from day one. Just open the app and you've begun.
When your trial ends, some features will be locked. But all your records stay exactly where they are — safely on your device, untouched. Unlock the full experience at any time to pick up right where you left off.
No. Your trial start date is stored in your device's secure storage and iCloud. Even if you delete and reinstall, Mora will recover the original start point — the countdown won't restart. If you switch to a new Apple device and sign in with the same Apple ID, iCloud will carry the same trial origin over.
Yes. Mora stores your data locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all records permanently and they cannot be recovered. If you're planning to switch devices, look out for our upcoming Export Records and Cloud Sync features.
03
Purchase Plans
One-time purchase. Pay once, use it forever — no monthly fees, no expiry date, no ads. This care is yours to keep.
Pricing is shown on the purchase screen within the app (as set by the App Store for your region). Prices may vary slightly by country due to currency conversion.
The full Mora experience covers all current advanced features, plus future updates and improvements to those features — permanently, at no extra cost.
Mora may one day introduce distinctly different add-on modules — such as a dedicated conception mode or a couples-sharing mode. These would be sold separately and would not affect what you already own. What you purchase today is yours today and always.
The full version unlocks: complete medication history and logging, care schedule with private reminder notifications, appointment tracking, supplements and daily habit routines, vaginal ring records, and early access to future features.
Theme colors are a separate, optional purchase — independent of the feature unlock. One theme (Morning Dew) is included by default; more will be released over time.
Go to Settings → Mora Plan, tap "Unlock Full Experience," then choose "Restore Purchase." The system will verify via your Apple ID and restore access automatically — no repayment needed.
04
Privacy & Data
Mora has no ads and no trackers. All your data is stored locally on your device only — it is never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. You can find the full privacy explanation under Settings → Privacy in the app.
Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security and enable "Hide Content Preview." When you switch to another app, Mora's screen will be automatically hidden from the system's app switcher so nothing sensitive is ever visible.
Cloud sync and backup import are currently in development and coming soon. Before switching devices, we recommend using the Export Records option in Settings to back up your data (the export feature is also coming soon).
05
Cycle Tracking
Mora calculates personalized predictions based on your recorded cycle lengths and bleed durations — it does not use a fixed 28-day formula. The more cycles you log, the more closely the prediction reflects your individual rhythm.
Of course. An irregular cycle will be reflected in wider prediction ranges. Mora offers a reference direction, not a medical diagnosis. Your body's rhythm is allowed to have its own timing.
Tap "Log Period" on the home screen and select the start date of your current period. Mora doesn't require you to enter past cycle data — start logging from today, and predictions will gradually align with your rhythm over a few cycles.
Yes. Tap any date in the Log view to open that day's record and update symptoms, moods, or other details. To adjust the start or end date of a cycle, tap "Edit Cycle" to reset the dates.
Mora divides your cycle into four phases: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal. Each phase involves distinct hormonal shifts that can influence your energy, mood, and physical sensations. Mora won't tell you what you "should" do in each phase — this information is simply here to help you recognize your own patterns.
06
Daily Logging
Daily logging covers: mood, flow level, pain intensity, physical symptom tags, sleep quality, basal body temperature, and free-form notes. The full version additionally unlocks logging for libido. These details, accumulated over time, make your body's rhythm quietly visible.
Mora includes a curated set of common physical and emotional symptom tags — headache, cramps, lower back pain, breast tenderness, fatigue, bloating, and more. Multiple selections are supported. Custom symptom tags are not yet available; look out for this in a future update.
Enter your temperature (°C) in the daily log. For accurate readings, measure before getting out of bed each morning. After ovulation, BBT typically rises slightly — tracking this over several cycles can help you observe your ovulation pattern. A few cycles of data are needed before trends become visible.
Yes. On non-period days, the log view surfaces options relevant to your current phase — such as ovulation pain, or breakthrough bleeding during contraceptive use. Every day deserves to be recorded, not just the days you bleed.
07
Care & Reminders
Care is Mora's dedicated space for health routines — medication reminders, supplement tracking, vaginal ring replacement schedules, appointment management, and daily habit building. These are the small details that are easy to forget. Care gives them a quiet, permanent place, and makes them easy to reference during medical visits.
Yes. Care supports medication logging and ring management. The full version adds complete history search, so you can quickly review your contraception records whenever you need them.
Yes. In the Reminders section of the Care tab, you can create reminders in any category you choose — supplements, appointments, or personal body-care habits. Mora doesn't limit reminder types. If it matters enough to remember, it belongs here.
All reminders are local notifications — no internet required, and the entire trigger and delivery process happens entirely on your device. If you're concerned about notification previews, go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Mora and adjust how notifications appear on the lock screen.
08
Notifications & Settings
With notifications enabled, Mora sends: period approaching reminders (customizable lead time), predicted ovulation reminders, vaginal ring insertion and removal reminders, and daily oral contraceptive reminders. All notifications are local push — no internet needed. Content is brief and appears only when relevant.
Mora currently supports Traditional Chinese and English. The interface language follows your device's system language. To switch manually, go to iOS Settings → General → Language & Region.
09
Oral Contraceptive Tracking
Mora is a logging tool, not a source of medical advice or prescriptions. Oral contraceptives vary widely in type, dosage, and schedule — please consult your gynecologist or pharmacist to obtain the prescription and instructions that are right for you. What Mora can do: once you have a medication plan in place, help you log each day's intake status, set daily reminders, and maintain a full history — making it easier to stay consistent with your care routine.
Yes. After enabling the oral contraceptive feature in Care, Mora builds a pill schedule based on your pack type (21-day, 28-day, or mini-pill) and displays a ring chart showing exactly where you are in the cycle and when your pill-free interval begins. Each day's status is preserved in full so you have an easy reference for medical appointments.
Yes. Once you set your preferred daily reminder time, Mora will quietly remind you at the right moment. All notifications stay on your device — nothing is connected to any server.
Yes. Past dates in the medication log are always editable. Tap a date and select either "Taken Late" or "Missed" — just record what actually happened. When logging a late dose, Mora will also remind you that today's scheduled pill still needs to be taken on time.
During the pill-free interval, the daily reminder shows "Pill-Free Day" — no check-in button appears and no missed doses are counted. When the interval ends, tap "Start New Pack" to begin the next cycle.
Your complete medication history is stored on your device with no time limit. You can review each pack's completion rate, total missed days, and days since the last missed dose — available to check whenever you need it.
10
Vaginal Ring Tracking
Yes. In the Ring section of Care, you can log each ring's insertion and removal time. Mora automatically calculates wear progress and rest periods, and sends a reminder as your next replacement approaches.
Mora is a logging tool and cannot provide medical advice or evaluate whether a vaginal ring is suitable for you. Ring types (hormonal vs. copper), placement, and eligibility vary by individual — please consult a gynecologist for assessment and fitting. Once you are using a ring, Mora can help you log each insertion and removal, set replacement reminders, and track temporary removal durations — so day-to-day management becomes less error-prone.
Mora's timer provides three-stage visual cues to help you stay aware of removal time, but this does not constitute medical advice. If you have any concerns about removal duration or contraceptive effectiveness, please contact your gynecologist.
This is a prompt based on removal duration, not a medical diagnosis. Actual implications vary by person and ring type. If you're uncertain about anything, contact your gynecologist or healthcare provider directly — do not rely solely on the app's message.
Yes. Removal reminders support same-day, advance, or tracking modes. Replacement reminders let you customize the lead time and notification time. All reminders work offline — no data leaves your device.
Yes. After logging a temporary removal, Mora starts a timer and shows three stages based on duration: Safe (under 1 hour), Caution (1–2.5 hours), and Please Reinsert Soon (over 2.5 hours). When you reinsert, tap to confirm and the timer ends.
Yes. Each ring entry supports free-form notes. Incidents like slippage are displayed separately in the summary card, making it easy to describe the situation to your doctor at your next appointment.
Yes. Your complete ring history — including insertion and removal times and any early or delayed replacements — is preserved in full and can be browsed all at once on the ring history page.
11
Intimacy Logging
Intimacy Logging lets you record each intimate encounter — including type, contraception used, timing, and notes. All records are entirely private, stored only on your device, and help you develop a deeper understanding of your body's rhythms and care habits.
Currently supported: condom, oral contraceptive, vaginal ring, emergency contraception, and no protection. The "No Protection" option exists to record reality honestly. Mora will not soften this choice — unprotected sex always carries a risk of pregnancy, and we will not look away from that.
Yes. Once enough entries are accumulated, Mora will analyze how your logged experiences distribute across your cycle phases. Mora presents your body's rhythm — not as a numbers report, but as a quiet form of self-observation.
This is a full-version visualization. After accumulating enough records, Mora presents a ridge chart showing how your libido sensations are distributed across the four cycle phases — Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal — comparing recent trends against historical patterns. It is not a numerical report; it is a quiet mirror for your body's rhythm.
Yes. In the Log view, tap any past date, open that day's record, and add or edit intimacy entries. Date, type, contraception, and notes can all be filled in retroactively. Mora does not expect you to log in real time.
No. All intimacy records, like all other data in Mora, are stored locally on your device only — never uploaded, analyzed externally, or shared. If you're concerned about someone seeing your screen, enable "Hide Content Preview" in Settings.

Troubleshooting
Check two places: first, go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → Mora and confirm notifications are enabled and allowed to display. Second, in Mora's own Settings → Notification Preferences, confirm that both the master toggle and the relevant feature toggles are on. If reminders still don't appear after confirming both, try fully closing the app and reopening it.
Mora's predictions are calculated from your logged history — the more complete and consistent your records, the closer predictions will track your rhythm. If you've just started, logging 2–3 full cycles before evaluating accuracy is recommended. Stress, sleep changes, medication, and other factors also shift when your period actually arrives — that's your body's natural variation, not an app error.
Go to Settings → Mora Plan, tap "Unlock Full Experience," then select "Restore Purchase." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, contact us through Settings → Contact Us.
Completely normal. No pill is taken during the pill-free interval, so Mora automatically hides the check-in button and shows "Pill-Free Day" status. This period is not counted as missed. When the interval ends, tap "Start New Pack" to begin the next cycle.
First, fully close the app and reopen it (swipe it away from the app switcher). If the issue continues, try restarting your phone. If a specific feature remains broken, contact us via Settings → Contact Us and we'll look into it as quickly as we can.

Medical Disclaimer
No. Mora is a personal health logging tool designed to help you organize your body's information and care routines. All figures, predictions, and statistics shown in the app are for reference only. Mora is not capable of diagnosing, treating, or preventing any medical condition, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. For any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional.
This is not recommended. Mora's predictions are based on statistical patterns derived from your personal history and carry a margin of error — no algorithm can instantly reflect the effects of stress, medication, illness, or other unexpected changes on your cycle. If you need contraception, please consult a gynecologist for a method suited to you. Mora can help you track and log, but it is not a contraceptive tool.
No. Mora's reminder feature only helps you log and track your intake status. It does not provide dosage guidance, indications, drug interactions, or advice on stopping medication. For oral contraceptives, vaginal rings, or any other medication, always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. If you experience any discomfort while taking medication, consult a medical professional proactively — do not wait for an app notification.
No — but Mora can help you organize the information. The records you've accumulated in the app — cycle length, flow changes, symptom distribution — can be shared with your doctor during a visit, so you don't have to rely solely on memory to answer their questions. Records are your tool; judgment belongs to the doctor. If something feels wrong, please seek medical care.
Seek medical attention directly for any of the following — do not wait:
· A sudden, significant shift in your cycle — abnormally early, more than three weeks late, or a missed period
· Abnormal bleeding — very heavy flow, lasting more than seven days, or completely unexpected
· Severe or persistent lower abdominal pain
· Suspected pregnancy, especially while using contraception
· Persistent discomfort, suspected displacement, or signs of infection after inserting a vaginal ring
Mora is a logging tool, not an emergency assessment tool. When your body is speaking, let a doctor listen.
All of Mora's analysis and predictions depend entirely on the data you enter. Incomplete records, incorrect dates, or missing entries will skew the results. This is not a flaw — it is the inherent limitation of any logging tool. It can only learn from what you give it. Logging as accurately and consistently as possible is the only way to make Mora more useful for you.
